What You Can Expect
You are unique and you should have a therapist that will tailor the working relationship to your unique story and needs.
Our sessions will not be us sitting in silent and hope that something good will happen. The sessions will involve active interactions where we are both participants in the therapeutic process.
You can be yourself and is encouraged to bring your authentic self into the session without judgement. Your story and journey are important and therefore, they will be treated with respect, patience, and compassion. The time is yours and the focus of the session will always be up to your choosing and readiness.

Just like everyone is unique, my approach to therapy is also unique to my own education, training, and experience.
I am a firm believer in helping you learn all that you need so therapy is no longer a must-have but a nice to have.
I often will refrain from telling you what to do but help you engage in strategic mental gymnastic to help you figure out the best course of action for your goals.
I appreciate humour and creativity in daily life and try to tactfully bring these two components into our work when it is appropriate.
